We replace the apps you outgrew.

A spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and five apps that don't talk to each other. I build the one system that replaces all of it, and it runs itself.

Projects start at ₹35,000. Most finish in 4–8 weeks. Every price is printed below.

What I build: six things

§ 02
01

Systems that run your business

One place for your billing, records, approvals and day-to-day numbers, instead of five apps and a spreadsheet. Built once, and it is yours. No monthly fee per person, forever.

  • multi-tenant platforms
  • client and resident portals
  • billing and payment flows
  • role-based access
02

AI that does the actual work

Software that reads your camera feeds, your recordings and your paperwork, then acts on what it finds. Runs on hardware you already own wherever it can.

  • real-time video analysis
  • audio and speech models
  • invoice and document extraction
  • agents that use your tools
03

Getting customers in the door

The path from a stranger noticing you to a name and number you can follow up. QR codes at the counter, automatic WhatsApp replies, catalogues and shops on your own web address.

  • WhatsApp Cloud API flows
  • QR and in-store capture
  • catalogue storefronts
  • lead databases
04

Connecting what you already pay for

You already have an accounting tool, a payment gateway and a WhatsApp number. They just don't talk, so the same order gets typed in three times and one of them is wrong. I make them pass information between themselves.

  • Tally, Zoho and Razorpay
  • WhatsApp Cloud API
  • scheduled and event-driven syncs
  • one source of truth
05

Building it yourself, properly

For teams that already have developers. You get the foundation (logins, roles, billing, admin) as a codebase you own outright, plus the habits and AI tooling to keep shipping on it.

  • multi-tenant foundation
  • AI-assisted development setup
  • repo conventions and CI
  • documentation and handover
06

Keeping it alive and improving

Software is not finished the day it launches. Someone has to watch it, patch it and keep adding the next thing. That is a monthly arrangement rather than another project.

  • uptime and error monitoring
  • security and dependency updates
  • a fixed number of change days
  • performance and cost work

Live · courses recording

A histology course with a lock on the door

Muhammed Aarham teaches histology at the University of Debrecen, in Hungary. Students enrol, sign in, and work through the video lessons on his own domain, medwithaarham.com. Access is granted one student at a time, so the course stays closed and the record of who has it stays with him. The platform is open: two minutes of teaching anyone can watch free, a checkout that hands back a reference code, and an account he switches on himself once the transfer lands. The three courses are being recorded now.

Client work: shipped and running

§ 04
Live

A counter, a QR code, and a database that fills itself

A customer at the counter scans a code, gets the catalogue on WhatsApp within seconds, and their details land in a list the owner can read without any training. Junk entries and bots are filtered before they appear. Each poster is tracked separately.

Live

One console for every tank, gate and rupee

A residential society's committee, residents and guards each see exactly what they need. Water, power and sewage tracked live. The system works out when a tank is heading for empty and messages the committee before it happens rather than after.

Next.js 14ConvexPWASentry
Live

Your bank SMS, turned into a ledger that argues back

It reads the transaction messages your bank already sends, sorts every payment into categories on its own, finds the subscriptions you forgot, and tells you the date your balance runs out at your current rate. You can talk to it in plain English, and it acts.

No handoffs: that is the point

§ 06
Muhammed Yassir Khan, founder of MYK Productions

The person you scope with is the person who writes the code

MYK Productions is Muhammed Yassir Khan. You scope it with me and I write the code, so nothing is lost in a handoff and you are never explaining your business twice. Before any of the code, I led over 300 student ambassadors running national campaigns for Spotify, Netflix and Pepsi, which taught me the part engineering courses skip: a deadline is a promise, not an estimate.

Project prices start at the figure shown. Retainers are that flat fee each month. In rupees, plus GST where applicable. Payment runs 40 / 40 / 20: 40% to begin, 40% when the working build is in your hands, 20% only after handover. Fixed price against a written scope. Code and credentials are yours on completion.

Before you ask: the four questions

§ 09
01

What if I don't like what you build?

You see something working every week, not a big reveal at the end. If week two is going wrong, we fix it in week three while it's still cheap. The written scope is what we both measure against.

02

What if it takes longer than you said?

The price is fixed against the scope, so an overrun is my problem and not your invoice. Anything you add becomes its own line item, quoted and agreed before work starts on it.

03

What happens if you disappear?

You hold the code and the credentials from the first week, not the last. Everything sits in a repository in your name, documented, with no service only I can log into.

04

Why not an agency?

An agency sells you a team and gives you a project manager. Here the person who scopes it writes it and hands it over. One project runs at a time.
