MYK Productions is a one person software studio in Bengaluru, run by Muhammed Yassir Khan. This page says exactly what is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. There are no tracking cookies on this site and nothing here is sold or shared for advertising.

Who is responsible

What is collected

When you contact me. If you use the form on this site or message the WhatsApp number, I hold what you send: your name, the contact details you give, and what you write. It is used to reply to you and to run the project if we work together. Nothing else.

When you read the site. Page views are counted in aggregate through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for a short period as part of running the service.

What is not collected. No advertising cookies, no third party trackers, no fingerprinting, no purchase of data about you from anyone else.

Publishing to social accounts

This site publishes posts to social accounts that belong to MYK Productions, currently Instagram and LinkedIn. That works through the official APIs, using access tokens for those accounts, which are held as encrypted environment variables on the hosting platform and are never shown on any page.

This is used only to publish content written by MYK Productions to its own accounts, and to read back the performance of those posts. It does not read your data, your messages or your account, and nothing about visitors to this site is ever sent to those platforms.

Where information is held

• Vercel, which hosts the site and its endpoints.
• Upstash, a key value store used for the posting queue and short lived records.
• Telegram, which delivers notifications to the studio owner about enquiries and posts.
• Meta and LinkedIn, when a post is published to the studio's own accounts.

Each of these processes information on instruction and none of them is given anything to use for their own advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is alive and for up to two years afterwards, so that past work can be honoured. Project material is kept for as long as the project needs, and handed to you at the end. Server logs and analytics are short lived, typically under thirty days. Ask for earlier deletion at any time and it will be done.

Your rights, and deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email mykproductions.dev@gmail.com with the words "data request" and the details you used to contact me. Requests are answered within seven days and deletion is completed within thirty, unless a law requires a record to be kept.

This applies to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, and to the GDPR where it applies to a visitor from Europe.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy. Access tokens and keys live in encrypted environment variables, never in the code or on a page. Only the studio owner has access to them.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
